My Easter

Easter is all about when our savior Jesus Christ died on the cross to forgive our wrong doings or our sins he did this because he loved us.To prove it there is a verse in the bible that says “God loved the world so much he sent he only son Jesus Christ to die on the cross to forgive our sins”. That verse says it all.Easter is not about Easter eggs, it is about when our saviour came back to life and he went to join his father in heaven. So Easter is all about celebrating when Jesus came back to life and joined his father in heaven and also eating Easter eggs lots and lots of those but not to much because you might not make it to school next week     

George "Under Cover Island" story

AN UNDERCOVER ISLAND

Long ago in a far away land , where you can hardly find water and  burned grass. There lived a lovely couple name Patrick & Patricia  who had known the island for a very long time. They were happy but not for a long time. Deep inside a spooky forest there was an old volcano. The couple didn’t know about a volcano in the island.

One day, they decided to explore the other side of the island, and when they get back Patrick will cook them a delicious meal for the two of them. So their journey had finally begun, They went past a old oak tree without leaves , not a single one. They stopped to rest in the forest, near the volcano. ‘’I’ll go find some more water’’.’’Honey there is something going on this island’’,said Patrick.’’What makes you say that’’,Patricia replied .’’Look at the camera on the tree’’, he said. After saying that he walked slowly to the other side. It took him four minutes to the other side.’’ Finally there is some water’’, he said to himself. He had a look around to see if there was something interesting to find. OH MY GOODNESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! . His heart was beating like a bomb about to explode. Just like the volcano ‘’Harry!,harry!,harry!’’,Patrick was yelling to Patricia. ‘’What?,what?’’,she was unsure what was going on with her husband.’’ It’s gonna explode in two days ,we have to get going , we have to get out of here’’,Patrick said. ‘’What is going to explode’’,? she asked. “A volcano” he replied. As soon as she heard the word volcano coming out of Patrick's mouth, she said nothing and stood straight up and she help her husband clean up.Two minutes past they were running so fast like they were in a race, even though there were lot of bushes and branches it made go even faster and faster 8 times faster than a cheetah. They were packing up all their clothes, all their belongings . But they got one little problem the noises the hawks made Patrick laugh.Out of no jumped out an evil looking aboriginal with white dots all over his body. “What is that?’’ Patrick asked. “No  idea”. “No one is leaving this island until I say so”, the black man said.Pointing his sharp weapon at them. “Who are you”?.The answered Pat back in a scary and a very uncomfortable way.”I AM YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE, I have been on these island for forty years just to look for a clue why you are here.But have failed to know the real reason why you are here. It’s nothing for you to know “BOOM” the volcano explodes. Patricia yelled to Patrick “I thought that you said that you said two more days”. “Well back bad luck” he replied.They ran to the boat both were battling as fast as they can and they left the man standing on the beach and staring  at the volcano and a rock came straight at him and smashed him. “How much longer do I have to do this”, she said. He took a look back to the island and he saw that they were far away from the explosion and they were save. THE END

August 6th of 1840  the British crown  travelled around the world to make a treaty to the native chiefs of New Zealand. James Busby  gave the treaty to hone heke  to tell the native chiefs of NZ about it. The treaty says my dear friends a warship   has arrived with   chiefs onboard sent by the queen of england to be a governor for us both. Now he suggests for all the chiefs confederation of nz on wednesday  of this holy coming week should gather to meet him. from your friend james busby

The Wild Man

Once upon a time there was these strong man who lived deep inside the forest, a small house near a lake. This forest is on a small island in the middle of the ocean. This man had been on these island more than anyone else in the world. Treasure hunting caused all this miserable in his life and his creare at work.He called himself The Wild Man, of what he had been through

He had learned lots of survivor skills on the.But he didn't know is the fact there were lazy,loud old pirates who were on the other side of the island. One hot afternoon when he was out looking for food to eat he found an old dirty,disgusting looking pig, he caught the big and he made a perfect meal. But The Wild Man  caught the pig ,and the pirates found The Wild Man.Not only the man found the big pig but a big golden and a shiny pirate hook. He had this hook not knowing what was really going on.

So the three evil pirates had an evil excellent horrible plan to kidnap him and get the treasure. As the sun rises on the south side of the island.These is when the pirates tied him up and took him to their hide-out and kept him.When The Wild Man woke up. He can’t move his arms, he was upside down and he couldn't speak.’’Finally you're awake’’said one of the evil pirates.’’what do you want disgusting looking thing, where am I any-ways’’ he asked the other pirates. ‘’It doesn't matter where you are, but what does matter is you are here know’’ the pirates replied ‘‘So what did you bring me here for’’.’’Know that you have the treasure, but there is one little problem is that you would not tell us where it is.So the pirates tried to destroy him.'' Three,two,one know''. He kicked the pirates away from him and he was able to free his hands and he set up a boom and he ran away HHhhhh. He laughed. ''What happened''.? One of the pirate asked the other pirate,it is over. The End
